Reservations and rates
Rates have are established when reservations are requested with a deadline, further payments may have variations with no previous notice.
Reservation fee: u$s 10 per destination per reserve.
Cancellation expenses:
Except for special conditions written on the contrary on a specific quotation, cancellation costs will be deducted from total price, according to following:
until 90 days before passenger’s arrival date: only reservation fees
from 89 to 60 days before arrival: 10%
from 59 to 30 days before arrival: 30 %
from 29 to 15 days before arrival 50 %
from 14 to 0 days before arrival from 60 to 100 %

Rates: all prices are in American dollar bill, per person. Except lodging only which is per room and per night.
Possible changes:
The organizer (Tour Operator) reserves to himself the right to modify, by indication of his representatives, the itinerary, hotels and/or excursions for major force reasons or for better development of the trip. If any hotel or service had been changed for other of a lower price or category, a reimbursement will be made for the difference, with no right for the passenger to any other compensation. If the trip is shorten or lengthen for any reasons external to us, expenses will be entirely on the passengers.

The sole reception of payment from the holder of our vouchers means complete knowledge and acceptance of these General Conditions of the Company and their services providers. The Service Order is non transferable. SWAN TURISMO S.A., declares to be only an middleman and is not responsible for deficiencies on service nor accidents, damage, illness nor losses occurred to passengers or their luggage as consequence of service. Services exceeded those hereby mentioned are on exclusive expense of the passenger, under any circumstances. The passenger declares to travel under he’s /her own responsibility, assuming expenses that could come from delays, strikes, climate conditions, altering schedule or foreseen dates of the trip. Any additional stay or service not mentioned on vouchers, or dates or time different from the exact mentioned on vouchers will be at passenger’s expense and responsibility.
GOVERMENT RESOLUTION: DECRETO 2182/72 ART.21: In case of quitting services that involve cancellation fees, these will be subject to deductions on the reimbursement according to contrast conditions with service providers individually. In case of reimbursement are made, the agencies will have the right up to a 10% deduction for themselves.
